At year-end and we needed a new line-of-credit and had a difficult time with our current lender.

With Tom’s help we found a lender who gave us an answer within 3 days instead of 3 weeks. When they requested a current year tax return as part of the closing documents, Tom was able to prepare and deliver a complete set of tax returns within a week so that we could close on schedule.
